People always wonder, why does eve have so low levels of player retention, i can tell you why as a young pilot, we cant do anything! The game is rigged for age, not skill, i remember vets telling me the difference is "versatility". Really? WHAT ARE SUPPORT SKILLS THAT MAKE YOU SUPERIOR IN EVERY WAY FOR THEN!. Versatile my ass, more like keep you waiting for YEARS before you can be useful for any group in game, or be apart of a mindless blob if not get mauled apart by another. Or those elite pvpers who spit on people like me because i make money on my main as well as pvp on it, WELL I DONT HAVE BILLIONS STASHED FROM "EASY ISK" LIKE YOU BECAUSE I DONT HAVE XXX hundred million sp. CCp ghost wants us younger players to be highly competent when we join a corp, did he fail to mention that you wont be useful until 2 years in? OH BOY RANT OVER

Im sorry for the rant but its true, the gap between older and younger player is so large that in the eyes of most newbies its not worth committing, asking for years to wait is insane, most of the vets didnt have to do it because they didnt have super players acting as their overlords |

No, i am just bitter, im 21 million sp and i can still do barely any crap, i was told at this point is when the game gets good, half decent isk wouldnt be so difficult to earn.....etc
Eves a great game but that sp gap really gets me sometimes. |
